Overview

Metallic Laminated Glass is a safe, decorative and innovative laminated glass with metal materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and copper are dropped on the film between the two glass plates (mirror, semi-reflective, or satin). Different mesh densities and colors are available to achieve different looks and levels of privacy. It is a fashionable and practical decorative material in modern interior and exterior design.


Mesh laminating gives you the opportunity to encapsulate a wide variety of woven metal meshes within protective glass layers. The decorative and aesthetic qualities of the finely woven gauzes to thick braided weaves are preserved with the structural strength and practicality of glass, allowing for innovative design solutions.

  • An ideal product for use in structural, decorative and acoustic applications as the process allows for a wealth of possibilities for a wide range of applications including screens, partitions and cladding. Laminated glass comprises of two or more layers of glass which are bonded together with an interlayer using heat and pressure.

    EvGuard® EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) interlayer, other materials such as coloured interlayers, fabrics, metal meshes and digital prints can be included for a myriad of possibilities.

    Laminating can also be combined with other decorative glass products and finishes such as sandblasting and colour coating to further enhance the design.
